Third Workshop Logistics

Location: The 3rd mmW RCN workshop will be held Jan 18-19, 2018 in the Student Union of the University of Arizona:

Parking: Parking on campus can be challenging. If you are staying at the Tucson University Park or Aloft Tucson University hotels, we highly recommend that you take the short walk from the hotel to the Student Union. If you are staying at the Homewood Suites, the hotel has its own complimentary shuttle to the UA campus (check with the hotel for details). Participants who still prefer to drive to campus can park at the 2^nd St. Parking Garage close to the Student Union (see the campus map). Parking fee is $2/hour. Please note that visitors are not guaranteed to find parking space.

Required Registration Link (12.3.17): $100 for academic attendees without accepted white paper (or additional attendees for accepted white papers beyond the reimbursed author), and $150 for non-academic attendees to cover the catering costs.

Hotels: We have blocked off rooms at the following three hotels under “NSF RCN”. Park is the closest, Aloft is a 10 minute walk, and Homewood is a 10-minute drive but they have a complementary shuttle to campus. Room block rate deadline: December 15, 2017.
